Important Notice – Import Charges in Macedonia

As of 17 December 2025, Macedonian Customs have introduced new regulations for imported parcels.

Import documentation fees and VAT now apply to all parcels entering Macedonia, including those with a declared value under EUR 45. Recipients will be required to pay these charges before their parcel is released by customs.

These fees are imposed by the Macedonian authorities and are outside of our control. We recommend customers take this into account when sending goods.

We are currently working with Macedonian authorities to enable the option for senders to pre-pay these charges in Australia.
